At LuckMetric, we are dedicated to providing premium real-time data analysis and probability metrics. We believe in transparency regarding how our digital services are delivered and consumed.
1. Service Activation & Digital Nature
Unlike physical goods, our services are digital, intangible, and irrevocable. Once a subscription is activated, our systems immediately allocate server resources, bandwidth, and proprietary data access to your unique account ID.
Due to the immediate consumption of these server-side resources and the sensitive nature of our probability algorithms, all transactions are processed as final commitments to the selected service period. By accessing the dashboard, you acknowledge that the service has been fully rendered upon login.
2. Account & Subscription Management
We empower our users with full control over their subscriptions. You may choose to cancel your recurring billing or active membership at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation requests will ensure that no future charges are applied to your payment method. However, access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, as the fees for the active period are non-reversible once the period has commenced.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard protocol treats all sales as final due to the digital nature of the content, we review technical issues on a case-by-case basis. If a technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing the system entirely, please contact our support team for a resolution.
4. User Responsibility
As mentioned in our Disclaimer, success rates are based on probability. Dissatisfaction with the outcome of the metrics or predictions does not constitute a valid ground for payment reversal, as the tool’s function is data provision, not guaranteed financial outcome.
